I have some practical limitations but I'm in progress. You don't necessarily have to become a vegetarian to reduce the intake of meat though. For the time being I've switched to fish a lot more and reduced chicken and eggs. Over here it's tempting to eat meat 'cos it's so cheap, that's the trick of factory farming I guess.

Yep, less consumption is the best method. I think we have given too much emphasis to recycling. It has to be less use, reuse and then recycle. The highly hyped strategies like 'Carbon Trading' or 'Emission Trading Systems' won't be a sustainable solution.

I think recycling cannot be disables for a reason :). It can be that Microsoft themselves not certain about how stable IIS is without recycling. My advice is let IIS to recycle and then find a method to load resources before user requests hit the site.

For example, you can set IIS to recycle at a specific time of the day and then schedule a simple console app on the same server to ping the site after a minute?

I found out that Integrated Windows authentication is not installed by default.
As such, you'll need to go to the Add/Remove programs | "Turn Windows Features on or off".

Then, drill down to "Internet Information Services" | "World Wide Web" services" | Security | "Windows Authentication"

Finally, make sure "Windows Authentication" is checked, and let Windows do its install voodoo.

After this completes, bring up the the IIS Manager, go to "Authentication" in the IIS group. You should see "Windows Authentication" has been added to the list. Make sure to enable it, as the default seems to be disabled.

Hello Uchitha,
It is a nightmare to develop a nicely structured(less coupling) component without having "checked" exceptions. According to my experience, Java is more flexible than .net by having both types of exceptions. There are "must" handle exceptions within the block of code and if you throw them unchecked, there is no guarantee that you will handle them in proper way. Doesn't it destroy the whole idea of cohesion in OOP? The solution for the problems you pointed out (scalability and versioning) is to have user defined exceptions. That is the way to go! Define your own exception to handle most common, trivial exceptions and throw them up to the call stack, but handle/throw the "must handle" exceptions inside the same class/component.

Although I agree with you about your thoughts on democracy and war, it’s high time that we need to have a microscopic view of the behavior of those who called “journalist”. What we see here today that journalist are behaving like “Gods”. It’s true that democratic country needs to have the freedom of speech, but some of the prominent journalist and media organizations run their own cult, promoting their masters and sponsors and calling themselves 100% unbiased and totally free. First of all thank you very much for giving me the DVD of Gran Torino. Yes it is indeed a fantastic movie to watch by anyone. As you know I am also a part of that crap we watched on January 1st. This is a far cry from it.
The one thing I took noticed of in this post, is the ways you judging a movie. Up to some extend I have the first way you mentioned here while I am watching a movie.
Apart from that I really do think that when you watching a movie you tend to think what will going happen next from back of your mind and you already have decided what next, but here comes the surprise , it is completely the opposite of what you thought.
In my opinion I feel that is also a sign of a fantastic movie.
That exact same thing happens to me when "Walt Kawoski" tries to retaliate from the gang, I thought He was going to send them to pieces but what happened was totally opposite.

I don't agree with the idea that having no beliefs is a religion too. Religion demands that you have faith on some supernatural power or other concepts like "karma" that you have to take for granted without questioning them. Atheism is not like that.
